We are equally excited to help you find your first job or to transition into a career that better matches your interests. Interestingly, 61% of college graduates say they would change their major if they could go back.
We will start with a discussion of your current career, your likes and dislikes, and what is important to you in your next role.
This will determine what assessments and other resources we turn to next. Most commonly, we use the Strong Interest Inventory, a robust professional instrument to match your interests with potential education, career, and leisure activities.
